First: Return Policy Time period: The consumer has the right to submit a return request within only 24 hours from the date of receiving the product. Shipping procedures: When requesting a return, the customer will be provided with a shipping label, and they must deliver the product to the shipping company within 24 hours of issuing the label. If delayed beyond this period, the return request is automatically canceled. Fees and costs: The customer bears the shipping fees (30 Riyals outbound and 30 Riyals return, totaling 60 Riyals), in addition to payment gateway fees (Tabeer or Tamara) if the order was placed through them. Product condition: The product must not have been used or worn; if any signs of use are found, the product will be sent back to the customer at their expense for all shipping costs both ways. Second: Exchange Policy Time period: The customer has the right to request an exchange within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of receiving the order. Fees and price difference: The customer bears the shipping costs (30 Riyals outbound and 30 Riyals return), and the price difference between the items is settled either by paying the remaining amount or refunding the excess to the customer. Product condition: Items that have been worn or used cannot be exchanged; if violated, the product will be returned to the customer with them bearing all shipping costs. Third: Manufacturing defects and errors Free exchange cases: If the order arrives incomplete, with a manufacturing defect, or a different product than ordered, the product will be exchanged immediately. Costs: In these exceptional cases, the store bears all shipping costs and fees without any burden on the customer. Fourth: Non-receipt of shipment Return of shipment to the store: If the customer does not receive the order from the shipping company, causing it to return to the store after only 14 days. Reshipping: The order value cannot be refunded in this case, but the customer has the right to request reshipping after paying a new shipping fee of 30 Riyals.
